Automatische Sortier- und Beschickungsanlage

Der SORTLIFT dient der präzisen Sortierung von Tabletten, Dragees, Bonbons, Kaugummis, Weich- und Hartgelatinekapseln verschiedener Formen nach Durchmesser und Länge von oblong-förmigen Produkten; Bruch und Zwillingen mit anschließendem Weitertransport zur nachgeschalteten Verpackungslinie.

Die Anlage ist nach folgenden Prinzipien aufgebaut:

- Einfache und schnelle Reinigung

- Alle produktberührende Teile und Abdeckungen sind leicht zugänglich und ohne Werkzeug abnehmbar

- Sämtliche produktberührende Teile sind aus FDA-konformen Materialien

- Schonende Produktführung durch die ganze Maschine

- Rahmen sind aus geschliffenem Edelstahl

- Formatwechsel in wenigen Minuten ohne Werkzeug

Für die Anlagensteuerung stehen zwei verschiedene Systeme zur Auswahl, vom einfachen Kompaktsteuermodul bis hin zur Industrie-PC-Steuerung mit Touchscreen-Panel, bei der sämtliche Parameter überwacht werden.

Automatic sorting and feeding system

The SORTLIFT is used for the precise sorting of tablets, dragées, sweets, chewing gums, soft and hard gelatine capsules of various shapes according to diameter and length of oblong-shaped products; curds and twins with subsequent transport to the downstream packaging line.

The plant is designed according to the following principles:

- All parts and covers in contact with the product are easily accessible and can be removed without
