Visuelle Überwachungsanlage mit Laufrollen

Manuelle Systeme zur Prüfung und visuellen Kontrolle von Tabletten und oblong-förmige Produkte, Hart- und Weichgelatinekapseln und Dragees für eine Person. Ausführung für zwei Personen ist ebenfalls erhältlich.

Die Anlage ist nach folgenden Prinzipien aufgebaut:

- Die Kontrollanlage ist auf Laufrollen mit Doppelfeststeller fahrbar

- Die Produkte werden durch ständige Drehung der Kontrollröllchen durchgehend gewendet

- Produktmenge mechanisch über eine Schleuse mit Analoganzeige / Arretierung und elektrisch
  über die Vibrationsintensität einstellbar

- Kontrollstrecke durch blendfreie Leuchte mit Polarisationsraster von oben beleuchtet

- Rahmen und Verkleidung sind aus Edelstahl W.Nr.: 1.430

- GMP-gerechte Ausführung

- Sämtliche produktberührende Teile sind einfach, schnell und werkzeuglos zur einfachen Reinigung

  abnehmbar

- Ergonomische Arbeitsplatzgestaltung durch spezielle Armauflagen, ausreichende Kniefreiheit und

  neigungsverstellbare Fußauflagen für ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten

Visual monitoring system with track rollers

Manual systems for testing and visual inspection of tablets and oblong-shaped products, hard- and soft gelatine capsules and coated tablets for one person. Version for two persons is also available.

The system is designed according to the following principles:

- The control system is movable on rollers with double brakes.

- The products are continuously turned by constant rotation of the control rollers.

- Product quantity mechanically via a sluice with analogue display / arrest and electrical
  adjustable via vibration intensity

- Control section illuminated from above by glare-free luminaire with polarisation louvre

- Frame and coverings are made of stainless steel W.Nr.: 1.430
